The Machine Technologies Slinger Manhole Relining System is designed to apply cementitious linings to existing manholes with no entry, increasing production and reducing risk to personnel.
The simplistic design of the Slinger Spraying System is based on ease of operation, versatility and mobility. The Slinger is capable of spraying most thixotropic, fiber reinforced materials available – both calcium aluminates and cement based. The slinger has an aluminum housing with nylon mortar cavity utilizing sealed bearings for long life. It has a 90 VDC permanent magnet DC motor for variable speed and high torque with a remotely controled winch with speeds from 7 fpm.
